Responsibility:
In charge of the whole sales & marketing department in the hotel.
Requirements:
Seasoned and experienced mature professional who is confident and has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of sales and marketing including Room Sales, Banquets and Conferences
Should be a very driven and positive individual with a great energy towards driving the business
Should be culturally sensitive in winning business as well as leading the team.
Be able to understand the big picture when analyzing business needs as well as the ability to micro analyze and manage any business requirement
Consistently drive results in all segments; leisure, corporate, group, MICE, FIT, IGI and ADR.
Top Luxury brand working experience is needed;
Mandarin Speaking is a must.
