Some key characteristics of the successful candidate would be:
Number of staff reporting to the role - 4 direct & 15 indirect
As Excom member direct reporting line to the GM
Point of hire worldwide, preferred Asia/SEA
Preferred knowledge of the SEA market and/or history in luxury hotel brands
