Our client, an international brand hotel is currently looking for Executive Chef for their hotel in Shenzhen.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage kitchen operations and ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage (F&B) policies, HACCP standards and procedures

  • Maintain corporate food preparation and presentation guidelines

  • Oversee menus and recipe developments

  • Ensure modern F&B offerings to enhance guest experience

  • Develop team to ensure & enhance knowledge of western cuisine

  • Monitor procedures to minimize F&B wastage

  • Foster positive working environment & colleague engagement


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 10 years hospitality experience with at least 5 years experience as Executive Chef

  • International Luxury hotel experience preferred

  • Extensive knowledge of Western cuisine. Michelin restaurant experience preferred

  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards and HACCP

  • Strong leadership and people development skills

  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent written & spoken English

  • Creative and keeping up with market trends

  • Legally authorized to work in China
