Our client, a leading hotel chain is currently looking for Legal Council for office in Singapore. This role will report to General Counsel of the company.
Requirements:
1. A LL.B or LL.M from a recognized university or law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in Singapore with at least 3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law real estate law an advantage) , practice experience with a major Singapore / international law firm in Asia is a plus.
3. Meticulous, strong legal drafting skills, excellent organization skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
4. Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English. Fluency in German is a plus.
5. Hospitality industry related legal experience would be an advantage while not a pre-requisite.
