Our client, a luxury hotel in Tokyo is currently looking for Restaurant GM.
This role is:
Accountable for the efficient operations of The Restaurant and Bar while ensuring the provision of quality food and beverage service as an industry leader, while maximizing turnover and maintaining the highest possible departmental revenue and profit margin
Represents hotel management, when dealing with all operational and guest service issues related to the Food & Beverage Division
Ensures all staff actively follows the HACCP standards, participates in the preservation of the environment and reuse, recycle or reduce whenever possible.
Provides engaging, fast, efficient and friendly service to all the guests.
We prefer candidates from fine dining restaurant- free standing restaurants preferred.
