Our client, an international hotel chain in the world is currently looking for F&B Concept Design Director.
•Provide thought leadership in RB&E concept design for existing and new brands
•Develop bespoke and prototypical RB&E concepts for NHOP, conversions and renovations
•Where required, partner with third party consultants to develop prototype RB&E concepts
•Handling all owners, consultants and HLG enquiries on NHOP, conversions and renovations
•Develop, implement and monitor NHOP RB&E-related opening policies, procedures and standards
•Evaluate ROI for new projects, providing cost-effective and updated recommendations for future projects
•Conduct RB&E-related PIP activities with NHOP team
•Keeping up-to-date with new RB&E trends and equipment via market research
•Provide feedback on FFE and consultants via feedback from users and business partners
•Support luxury hotel openings in RB&E operations
•Timely execution and completion of RB&E support center-driven RB&E related projects
•Provide recommendations for NHOP RB&E related opening policies, procedures and standards
•Support regional RB&E council, connecting sub-regional teams, sharing best practices and driving operational excellence in RB&E
Educational Attainment:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Management, Business degree or equivalent experience
•Critical Expertise & Experience:
•10 years relevant F&B operations or culinary management experience
•In-depth knowledge of hotel operations including F&B, kitchens, operations, hotel openings
•Prior kitchen BOH design experience will be a plus
•Effective bilingual communications and presentations skills
•Proven problem solving and organizational skills
•Experience in leading and managing projects
•Strong influencing, negotiating and consensus-building skills to deal with broad spectrum of constituents.
