This role will report to CEO of the company.
Requirements:
Experience as an Operational General Manager
Demonstrated ability to understand a variety of industry issues, to analyze and forecast future trends, and to develop strategic plans based on business needs
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work well with ExCom.
Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese both orally and in writing.
Ability to present clear, concise and meaningful information to owners, company Steering Committee, guests, executives, managers, and colleagues.
Ability to coach and mentor General Managers and Executive Committee members.
Ability to analyze, interpret, understand and present financial data.
Ability to solve practical and complex problems.
