Our client, a famous luxury retail company is seeking an innovative and experienced HR BP to support with retail recruitment and other HR strategic projects.

As an HR Specialist, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, with a special focus on attracting, onboarding and engaging talents, ensuring that every talent is treated according to the Company promise. You will strive to discover your talents and their every need, and to guide them across the career journey. You will be the voice of your talents in the store. You will proactively reach out to your talents in order to achieve individual and team goals as well as develop talents in the region..

This is a highly visible role which will require an individual who can think outside the box when it comes to sourcing and recognizing talent. They must also possess the capacity to learn quickly and build strong internal and external relationships supportive of hiring the best talent in the market.

Talent Acquisition (65%)

Implement the multi-channel sourcing strategy
Communicate with internal stakeholders, external partners and candidates effectively
Ensure effective weekly recruitment reporting
Organize and manage the interview process for non-managerial positions
Support the sourcing and interview process for managerial positions
Accompany stores’ management team through the recruitment process and provide operational supports
Develop and maintain relationship with internal and external partners
Support in successful onboarding of new hires

Talent Development (25%)

Support the implementation and roll-out of Rise, which is an innovative tool for personal development
Promote talent development culture in the region
Accompany non-managerial talents in their career journey
Enable talents to get sufficient supports on self-development

HR Projects (10%)
National HR project coordination
Other HR Initiatives

Profile requirement:
- Bachelor and above degree
- 1-6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or other HR roles
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Proficient communication in Business Writing
- Fast learner with proactiveness, flexibility, resilience and positivity
