Our client, a international luxury hotel in Shanghai is currently looking for an Executive Sous Chef.

This role will be
Responsible for assisting the executive chef in the planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in the daily activities of food preparation in all the kitchens.
Assists the Executive Chef to provide the highest quality of food within cost percentage of the hotel.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Enthusiastic about cooking.
• Extensive experience in management of cooks and stewards
• Experience in Asian countries
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in 5 star hotel or equal restaurant establishments
• Command of English Language, both written and oral
