EAM-F&B (Shenzhen)

Our client, a lnternational luxury hotel is currently looking for EAM-F&B for their hotel in Shenzhen. This role will report to GM/MD

Requirement:
- Experience in a similar capacity in luxury background (hotel/Group)
- Has a strong track record having worked in quality restaurants
- Proven experience in driving guest engagement and quality
- Displays a natural ability to engage with guests, and anticipate needs
- Excellent knowledge in food and beverage operations, from restaurant standards and procedures through      to budgeting, promotional planning and execution, P&L, human resources & training
- Experienced high-end catering events
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve goals
- Innovative, especially regarding promotions and marketing
- Can manage change, and swiftly adapt to changing environments, following local trends
- Speaks fluent English, good international exposure
