Job Description :
Work with existing and potential business partners to develop new partnerships, sponsorships and joint promotion business and drive business growth of Dorsett Hospitality International and its subsidiaries, ensuring execution of sponsorship deliverables across the portfolio of assets and maintaining long-term relationships with commercial partners. New businesses cover upselling existing business sectors including hotels, Food & Beverage, Catering, Events & Meetings and the guest loyalty program with other partnerships, sponsorship products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the partnerships for commercial partners and support the operation teams by providing exceptional service to all customers to ensure the delivery of sponsorship rights and entitlements, exceeding needs and expectations to sustain a long-term relationships.
Operate as the point of contact and handle all communication in a highly professional and timely manner. Skilled problem solver and expert at diplomatic negotiations.
To be able to take the lead in relationship management to attain a smooth delivery of the partners’ sponsorship rights and entitlements such as activations and marketing collaborations.
Be accountable for the group expansion goals and revenue target.
Achieve policy persistence and growth targets & new business production for upselling other products or enhancing the overall guest experiences and benefits
Coordinate closely with other sections to ensure a smooth integration, day-to-day business partners, the group and its operators management
Lead complex business partner engagements, including managing overall service delivery, strategy, plan design, workshop, Standard of Operation, KPI, data integration, agreement renewal, business placement, benchmarking and other studies
Build close connections and engagement with business partners and internal operations
Address and deal with internal and external conflicts and complaints
Liaise with different internal parties for complaint investigation
Provide mentoring and coaching to the direct reports
Provide the performance review and reporting to the senior management
Ensure the operations that perform regulated activities fulfil the partnership requirements and deliver the agreed services to the end customers
Job Requirements:
Degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Public Relations
Minimum 7 years’ working experience of which 3 – 5 years at the managerial level
Minimum 5 years of experience in account servicing, client management, event management, or marketing and sponsorship activations
Customer-oriented with good communication skills to simplify complicated benefit design to the easy-understanding terms
Good personal skills to liaise with business partners
Good presentation skills to the senior management and business partners
Good analytic skills to review the project P&L
Handle all necessary client reporting to demonstrate clear achievement of goals such as brand recall and event activation numbers
Maintains professional and ethical standards in the work environment
Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination, organization and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work with multiple internal and external partners and clients across all levels
Ability to build on clients’ insights and develop solutions based on customer needs
Willing to work extended hours during event days and partner activations
Deliver results under pressure
Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written, Putonghua a plus
