Requirements
Should know the Cantonese Cuisine with added experiences in Steam, Fried and Baked Dim Sum.
Should have excellent presentation skills and be creative
Working experience as Dim Sum No1 or No 2 chef in a 5 Star hotel, Restaurant having a 5 star quality standard.
