Requirement:
Experience in 5-star luxury hotel experience is preferable
Experienced in handling big volume F&B size operations
Demonstrate her/his ability drive and coordinate new menus and innovative product development
Manage all kitchen operations including menu planning, costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge.
To ensure the Food Safety and Hygiene Management System is maintained in order to support a safe, clean and friendly workplace environment at all times for employees and guests.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
