Requirement:
Experience in a similar capacity in luxury background (hotel/Group)
Has a strong track record having worked in quality restaurants
Proven experience in driving guest engagement and quality
Displays a natural ability to engage with guests, and anticipate needs
Excellent knowledge in food and beverage operations, from restaurant standards and procedures through to budgeting, promotional planning and execution, P&L, human resources & training
Experienced high-end catering events
Proven ability to lead teams to achieve goals
Innovative, especially regarding promotions and marketing
Can manage change, and swiftly adapt to changing environments, following local trends
