Our client, a luxury brand's first restaurant in China is currently looking for Chef de Cuisine,
the menu is inspired by pan-European flavors with classics from both French and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant offers lunch and dinner service as well as afternoon tea.
This role will report to the Culinary Director of the Group.
Requirement:
Good experience in Michelin Starred Western Restaurant or with Top Fine Dining Restaurant in the world
European preferred
Asia experience is a must
Candidates with renovation experience and concept design is more than welcome.
