Our client, a world-class racing club is currently looking for Head of Catering and F&B for their project in Guangdong.
We are looking for candidates with:
A minimum of 10 years’ senior multiple managerial divisions/departments experience in a hospitality operation.
Preferably possess track record in the F&B or catering operations management of large scale Public and/or luxury Sporting events.
Pre-opening experience for head of F&B in an international hotel or reputable catering company, or a higher level position directly
oversees F&B function is essential, especially the related experience in Mainland China.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin with the ability to clearly communicate and negotiate with key stakeholders & suppliers.
Proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage.
