Main Responsibility of this position: Taking care of the Italian kitchen including hot dishes, pasta, pizza, salad, butchery etc.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
Good experience in Michelin Star restaurant or high end hotel;
Solid people management and people development skills;
Solid ability to take care of every aspect of the operation including menu design, procurement, manpower planning, food preparation;
Good communication skills;
