Hiring Standard and Experience
College education or equivalent, Hotel or Marketing or Business Administration degree
Strategic and dynamic thinker with at least 10 years of operations experience in various hotel senior positions.
Min. 5 years previous experience as a General Manager.
Good track record successfully managing international hotels brands.
Experience in the Australia/ New Zealand business environment.
