Our client, one of the most famous and well known Hong Kong listed company is looking for DOFB for their high-end private member's club in Zhejiang.

Main Responsibility of this position: 

  • Responsible for whole F&B operations for the Club in both service and kitchen.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Good experience in high end hotels or related industry;

  • Solid people management and people development skills;

  • Solid ability to take care of every aspect of the operation including menu design, procurement, manpower planning, food preparation;
