Our client, a leading luxury private hospitality venue in Beijing is currently looking for Hotel Manager.
It’s preferred if he / she can understand the China Market well, having luxury hotel experience, language of both English and Chinese, operation background in hotel are required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10-year hotel experience at senior management level; Current capacity at Hotel Manager / Resident Manager in international hotel chain is base requirement.
Present with strong entrepreneurial style, excellent people skills and business acumen.
Be able to apply highly customer-orientated standards to lead and motivate operations teams.
Ability to co-ordinate functions into efficient and coherent operation.
