We are seeking an experienced Travel Trade Sales Manager to drive indirect sales channel strategy and account optimization for a major international theme resort in Shanghai. 

This leadership role focuses on building and growing relationships with travel trade partners, delivering revenue results through admissions, room nights, and trade campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute sales strategies for key travel trade accounts.
  • Drive performance through promotions, product offers, and joint marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue, Marketing, and Digital Platforms.
  • Monitor market trends and optimize partner portfolio—identify emerging partners and phase out underperformers.
  • Allocate co-op budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in travel trade/OTA sales, preferably within China’s tourism or theme park industry.
  • Strong understanding of OTA platforms, offline/online travel trade, and consumer trends.
  • Excellent in stakeholder engagement, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
    Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Proven leadership and team development experience.
