Requirements:
Minimum of 5 year experience in similar capacity and at least 2 years experience in Japanese resturant
Solid pre-opening experience
Proven ability to develop/ improve business
Ability to lead, engage, and motivate team, detect talent and develop talent
Japanese speaking skill is preferred
