A leading  luxury hotel in Sydney is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join its executive leadership team. As the property’s primary business leader, the Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, driving guest satisfaction, maximizing revenue, engaging employees, and ensuring optimal returns for ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire all hotel operations, ensuring service philosophy, standards, and procedures align with a true luxury hospitality vision.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a capable and diverse operations team, building a high-performance culture.
  • Continuously review guest feedback, market trends, and quality assurance reports to elevate service standards.
  • Actively build and maintain guest relationships; support sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen the hotel’s position in the local luxury market.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the property, ensuring budget objectives are met or exceeded while maximizing profitability and ROI.
  • Drive operational efficiency and service excellence across all departments, maintaining consistent brand alignment.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in senior leadership roles within luxury hotels or equivalent high-end hospitality environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, service-driven setting.
  • Strong financial acumen, with a successful track record in delivering against budgets and driving profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance guest experience, create market visibility, and maintain competitiveness in luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
