We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef for a fine French dining restaurant in Beijing. This role will take full responsibility for the overall operation and management of the kitchen team, ensuring the highest culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations and management of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional quality in all culinary output.
  • Lead menu development and innovation, creating distinctive fine French dishes aligned with the restaurant’s concept and seasonal ingredients.
  • Build, train, and manage the kitchen team, fostering a disciplined, collaborative, and excellence-driven kitchen culture.
  • Strictly control food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets to achieve efficient resource management.
  • Ensure full compliance with the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operating procedures.
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a complete and outstanding dining experience for guests.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants
  • Strong expertise in French cuisine with exceptional culinary skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills are required.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
