Reporting to the Deputy Racecourse Managing Director, this position leads a highly matrixed, cross-functional team across dual racecourse operations in Greater China and is positioned as a successor role to the DRCM.

Reporting to the Deputy Racecourse Managing Director, this position leads a highly matrixed, cross-functional team across dual racecourse operations in Greater China and is positioned as a successor role to the DRCM.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of the overall racecourse strategy in line with group objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end customer experience across all race-going segments, ensuring consistency and excellence at every touchpoint.
- Drive transformation initiatives by introducing global best practices and long-term customer experience roadmaps.
- Manage the Racecourse Management team under a dual-site operating model, working closely with the DRCM.
- Translate customer insights into actionable strategies through close cross-functional collaboration.
- Deputize for the DRCM when required and contribute to senior leadership decision-making.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in casino, large-scale hospitality, or integrated resort environments.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
