A luxury hotel project in Macau is urgently hiring for Barista
1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on barista experience in a specialty, high-volume café
2. Strong skills in espresso extraction, grinder calibration, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting
3. Solid technical knowledge of commercial espresso machines (pressure, temperature, multi-boiler systems, routine checks)
4. Good understanding of specialty coffee (origins, processing, roast profiles) and ability to train staff
