Our Client, a prominent hotel group, is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing. This role will be responsible for leading all digital marketing and brand communication initiatives, serving as a key driver for online growth and brand influence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute the group's overall digital marketing and brand communication (Marcom) strategy to enhance digital brand presence and market share.
2. Oversee the social media ecosystem, formulating content strategies and engagement plans to boost user interaction and brand loyalty.
3. Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEM, content marketing, and performance advertising, with a focus on analysis and optimization.
4. Manage the digital marketing budget, monitor KPIs, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer insights; proactively propose and test innovative ideas to continuously refine marketing strategies and user experience.
6. Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team, fostering effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Requirements
1. Solid experience in digital marketing, with team leadership role. Experience in hospitality, tourism, or luxury consumer goods is preferred.
2. Proven track record and deep expertise in brand communication (Marcom) and social media management.
3. Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
4. Creative, market-savvy, and open to new ideas. We particularly welcome and encourage candidates with independent thinking and innovative mindsets.
5. Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
6. Bachelor's degree or above, with proficient English communication skills.
