Our client, a leading resort hotel in Hainan is currently looking for VP of F&B.

Some of the areas that the successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing all restaurants and bars in the company
2. Driving excellence through quality initiatives in food product and customer experiences
3. Embracing, Communicating and instilling the F&B’s divisional Vision and Strategies across all  properties.
4. Leading and driving key initiatives such as F&B Experience Concierge Centre and Reservation/ Call Centre
5. Focusing on Customer Service, enhancing all aspects of the customer journey within all F&B areas
6. Supporting Directors through all openings within the division

Some addition criteria for the position:
1. International Pedigree: A career history of having worked F&B, in international cities
2. Deluxe Experiences: A track record in high end restaurants and international hotels
3. Michelin: A background working in Michelin establishments and working with Michelin Chefs
4. Openings: A background in driving the openings of restaurants
5. Diversity: A background in western and Chinese/Asian restaurant concepts
