Our client, a leading hotel chain in the world, is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Greater China.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:


1. Workforce Planning: Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to align talent acquisition with business growth and organizational needs across the group.
2. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, balancing diverse expectations while driving TA strategies forward.
3. Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the group as an employer of choice in the hospitality industry.
4. Colleague Recruiting: Oversee end-to-end colleague recruiting, with a strong focus on campus recruitment, early career programs, and building a sustainable talent pipeline.
5. Extensive experience in talent acquisition leadership, preferably within the hospitality or multi-site service industries.
6. Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
