Our client, a leading International theme park company is currently looking for head of Sales and Marketing for their pre-opening project in Guangdong.


This role will report to GM of the project.
Job scope:

  • Lead strategic development of the brand across The Shenzhen Resort (Park, Hotel and second gate).

  • Work closely with departmental heads and external agencies to ensure and implement consistent brand deliveries across all aspects of the Theme Park Shenzhen.

  • Develop annual attendance and revenue proposal and secure buy in and sign of by Divisional Director, company Senior leadership team and Group Management.

  • Designs and executes sales and marketing plan with strategic intent to meet projected attendance, and revenue goals – at the right price and the right time.

  • Continually evaluates marketing and sales strategies and plans to compete successfully with other local and regional attractions and theme parks.

  • Build strong relationship to key partners within trade, promotions and sponsorships as well as towards agencies servicing the company.

  • Directs and manages direct marketing, e-marketing, market research, public and community relations, advertising, promotions and sponsorships, sales staff and functions.

  • Analyzes pricing and supports per cap goals. Analyzes attendance trends and research to generate new and innovative marketing programs and based on research put forward recommendations and advise on marketability of new attractions for the company.

  • Build a positive relationship to relevant tourist organizations to ensure support and visibility of the company.

  • Secures well-functioning local, national and global integration between both Group and companies. Must assure that all Marketing and Sales efforts happen in accordance with our licensing agreement.

  • Pre-opening of the theme Park secure the establishment of a strong motivated Sales and Marketing organization with the right skill level and competencies to execute the agree launch campaign and to meet the set targets within each function as well as overall awareness, visit intension, attendance and revenue targets.
