Key Reponsibilities
Overall hotel leadership and operational management
Drive revenue performance
Maintain and continuously improve guest experience and service quality
Improve hardware standards and property quality
Lead employee engagement and build a positive culture
Ensure operational excellence across hotel departments
Requirements
International hotel brand experience
Strong leadership capability
Experience managing large hotel operations
Hong Kong market experience (mandatory)
Able to improve both revenue and operational quality
Resort hotel management experience preferred
