Our client a leading resort in the world is currently looking for Executive Director- Fine Dining.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Direct the operations of all Food & Beverage outlets according to established standards. 2. Control food and beverage costs, operating expenses, inventory levels, payroll, etc. effectively. 3. Identify changing marketing conditions and recommend possible strategies to adjust operations and maintain profits. 4. Build positive relationships and ongoing communication with other Department leaders to help ensure flawless operation of business operations.
REQUIREMENTS 1. Minimum 5 years of F&B Senior management experience, preferably in a branded hotel/casino environment. 2. Fluent in English, knowledge of additional language is a plus. 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to operate and arbitrate in a multicultural environment. 4. Excellent time management, organizational, communication, motivational and interpersonal skills.
