Our Client, a leading international theme park group, is recruiting a Business Solutions & Events Manager, based in Shanghai.
We are looking for candidates with professional and managerial experience: full of curiosity and willing to learn and grow, with in-depth event sales knowledge and experience, market analysis skills, and excellent team leadership. This role will be responsible for the Resort business solution and events sales, market penetration strategies and actions, market trend analysis, leading the team to complete the sales indicators, etc. At the same time, cooperate with different business departments to provide various competitive and attractive buyout event solutions and products, making us the first choice for the “celebration venue” of the corporates and other large organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
You will develop department plans, including business, product and/or organizational priorities, and be responsible for leading the team to achieve revenue sales goals;
You need to formulate effective and feasible sales strategies and implement relevant actions through the understanding of the market, in conjunction with the analysis and insights of business results in different seasons, so as to maximize the sales revenue;
Strictly implement long-term as well as short-term budget management and continuously improve processes, always pay attention to market changes and focus on the development of employee’s ability, and make timely and effective adjustments to implemented strategies or actions;
Lead the team to visit and develop more high-consumption capability corporates and organizations, while efficiently maintaining the existing customer base and establishing closer partnerships;
Closely cooperate and communicate with relevant internal departments and customers to strengthen the market acceptance of the company products and make appropriate optimizations to existing products, as well as design and develop new products and services according to market demand and based on our company’s capabilities;
You will lead and manage a professional sales team and you will need to train and develop junior and in termediate team members.

Strong written and oral communication skills, able to corporate with both upward and downward, build relationships, be influential and persuasive in communicating and negotiating, and be able to convey key messages in a concise and positive manner;
Adapt to complex and diverse business units in multinational corporations, able to work in a project team-oriented environment;
Have a strong curiosity and desire to learn;
Passionate about the entertainment and tourism industry;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
Fluent in spoken and written both Mandarin and English;
