Our client, a luxury resort hotel chain is currently looking for Head of Development.
This role will report to:President
Job Summary:
Fully responsible for Business Development Department.
Develop and execute strategic development plan to achieve the short term and long term business development target.
Lead BD Team to search and develop new projects, in terms of feasibility study, financial projection, negotiations until deal signed.
Build up and manage project pipeline for the company and lead team to reach required conversion rate of leads.
Improve BD Team’s project quality, increase number and survival rate of signed project.
Monitor industry trend on both national & global scale by collecting economic and marketing data and relevant third-party report, establishing business development database.
Maintain good and healthy relationship with owners and investor, to make sure a sustainable development for the company.
Attend forums of the industry as an ambassador of the company, speak publicly at events to explore business development opportunities.
On-site visit and perform any additional duties as required by President of the company
QULIFICATIONS
Working Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience as a hotel developer in well known brand hotel management company and experience on leading a team.

Polished written and verbal skills in both Chinese and English.
