Our client, a luxury hotel in Shenzhen is currently looking for Pastry Chef for their hotels in Shenzhen.
We are looking for candidates with luxury hotel working experience
Responsibilities:-
-
Full responsibility for smooth running of the dayto day dessert operations of the culinary departments of 8 restaurants & Bars.
-
Ensure that all operating equipment & Pastry Kitchen are maintained in good working condition.
-
Inspect incoming products related to the pastry & bakery and ensure proper storage and rotation.
-
Take full responsibility in managing the pastry & bakery kitchen.
Requirements:-
-
8 years of experience in the pastry operation preferably in luxury hotel with Michelin-starred or World 50 Best outlets.
-
Acquire work exposure in Asia is an advantage.
-
Excellent food & beverage and menu planning knowledge.
-
Creativity, patience and stamina desired.
-
Able to maintain composure under busy operation.
-
Strong interpersonal skills and exemplary leadership skills.
-
Good command of both spoken and written English.
-
Strong training Skills.
-
A team player who is motivational.
-
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality,consistency and hygiene.
-
Perform annual budgeting and cost control.
-
Good administrative skills.
-
Computer proficiency in major software.
