Responsibility职责：
Take the responsibility of Chinese restaurant, and productions that go out of the Chinese kitchen and Chinese Banquet;
负责整个中餐厅以及宴会厅的出品。
Develop recipes and menus;
周期性开发新的菜单
Motivate and lead staffs;
带领团队和培养团队；
Requirements要求：
Good experience in top luxury hotels and Michelin restaurants；
奢华酒店和米其林餐厅/黑珍珠餐厅经验优先
Cantonese Cuisine focus candidate preferred；
粤菜专长的候选人优先；
Creative, Good at F&B promotion;
创意性强，擅长餐饮推广
Passionate and energetic;
热爱餐饮
