Our clients, an international luxury hotel are looking for Chef de Cuisine base in Hong Kong for their Steak House

Responsibility:

• Take the responsibility for productions that go out of the kitchen and Develop recipes and menus
  Motivate and lead staffs

Requirements:

• Good experience in international luxury hotels

• Western Cuisine background, steak house is preferred

• Good leadership, team work and people management skills.
