Our client, a legendary club in Hong Kong is looking for an Asian Chef specializing in Singapore and Malaysia cuisine;

Main Responsibility of this position: 

  • Responsible for preopening readiness for the Asian kitchen (mainly Singporean and Malaysian food) in multinational dining floor to exhibit authentic, trendy, fusion and delicate Asian culinary arts.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Good experience in Michelin Star restaurant or high end hotel;

  • Solid people management and people development skills;

  • Solid ability to take care of every aspect of the operation including menu design, procurement, manpower planning, food preparation;

  • Good communication skills with fluent English skills;
