F&B Event Manager (Shanghai)

Our client, a high-end Italian food & beverage project under a luxury retail brand, is currently seeking an F&B Event Manager for their Shanghai-based operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive F&B sales strategy encompassing B2B, B2C, catering sales, and citywide event integration.
  • Drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through a strategic mix of in-house events, external partnerships, and catering initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing F&B events, catering, and business development
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Existing network within the local event and hospitality industry is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of the food & beverage sector and market trends
  • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
