Position Overview
A leading integrated resort in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager or Sr. Manager to support and lead recruitment efforts for its hotel and F&B divisions, covering a workforce of approximately 4,000–4,500 employees. This role will play a key part in a new pre-opening project, including full-cycle recruitment planning, infrastructure set-up, and team oversight. The candidate will work closely with the senior TA lead and support both IR1 and IR2 projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale talent acquisition strategies for pre-opening and ongoing operations
  • Develop and implement recruiting processes suitable for a high-volume and fast-paced environment
  • Support recruitment for both front-line and leadership roles across hotel and F&B operations
  • Partner with senior HR and operations stakeholders to align workforce planning with business needs

      Mentor and develop the TA team
Requirements

  • Proven track record in in-house recruitment for large organizations (agency-only background will not be considered)
  • Experience with pre-opening recruitment for hotels, resorts, or large-scale hospitality projects is highly preferred
  • Ability to manage volume hiring as well as strategic placements
  • Ideally Singaporean or with prior Singapore-based experience for visa/local policy familiarity
  • Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management


Position 2: Senior Learning & Development Manager
Location: Singapore
Reports to: Assistant Director of L&D

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a Senior Learning & Development Manager to support the development and implementation of service and leadership training programs for a workforce of over 12,000 employees. This role 
  • will not involve curriculum development from scratch but will require strong content creation and program management skills, in collaboration with external vendors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage large-scale training rollouts across various operational divisions
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors to create tailored training content (not delivery focused)
  • Lead initiatives under the leadership framework of the organization
  • Ensure training programs align with corporate values, service standards, and operational needs
  • Manage the execution and communication strategy for organization-wide rollouts

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in content creation and training program delivery (especially for service and leadership topics)
  • Familiar with Train-the-Trainer (TTT) models and scalable training execution
  • Strong knowledge of corporate structure and how to work within large-scale, complex organizations
  • Must have a practical approach to budget constraints and resource planning
  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, or service-driven industries preferred
