Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Lead and manage the restaurant team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Report directly to chef owner, providing regular updates on restaurant performance.
