A renowned lifestyle hospitality group is preparing to launch the China debut of a globally acclaimed fine-dining brand on the 21st floor of a landmark property in Shanghai. The restaurant is currently undergoing a full renovation and is scheduled to open in September 2025.

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager with a proven track record in high-end, Michelin-level operations. This is a standalone role focusing solely on the flagship restaurant. You will lead the pre-opening planning and build a world-class team together with the confirmed Executive Chef

Key Requirements:
  • Prior working experience in Mainland China is a must
  • Fine dining / Michelin restaurant background
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent understanding of Western hospitality service standards
  • Pre-opening experience is highly desirable
  • Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus, but not mandatory
