Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all culinary operations for the hotel's Italian restaurant.
- Solid background in luxury hotels or reputable standalone restaurants;
- Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and culture; candidates of Italian nationality are preferred;
- Young, creative, and passionate about culinary excellence;
- Excellent communication skills with both the team and guests.
