We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a large-scale luxury hotel in Shanghai. This is a senior leadership position overseeing a team of around 200 staff across multiple kitchens and outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership across all culinary operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse culinary team, driving performance, creativity, and discipline.
  • Work closely with the GM and other ExCom members on menu development, concepts, and overall F&B strategy.
  • Oversee cost control, hygiene standards, supplier management, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through innovation, attention to detail, and consistently high service delivery.


Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as Executive Chef in large-scale luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage high-volume operations.
  • Western nationality preferred, but open to all backgrounds with strong international exposure.
  • Creative, structured, hands-on, and adaptable to the local culture.
  • No specific age or nationality restrictions.
