Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership across all culinary operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Lead and mentor a diverse culinary team, driving performance, creativity, and discipline.
- Work closely with the GM and other ExCom members on menu development, concepts, and overall F&B strategy.
- Oversee cost control, hygiene standards, supplier management, and compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through innovation, attention to detail, and consistently high service delivery.
- Proven experience as Executive Chef in large-scale luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage high-volume operations.
- Western nationality preferred, but open to all backgrounds with strong international exposure.
- Creative, structured, hands-on, and adaptable to the local culture.
- No specific age or nationality restrictions.
