We are searching for a Club Director- Hospitality to lead a new high-end hospitality and cultural destination in Shanghai. The concept blends art, design, F&B, lifestyle, and private membership,.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all operations: F&B, events, exhibitions, member experience
- Lead pre-opening and launch planning
- Build and manage cross-functional teams
- Drive membership, community engagement, and brand positioning
- 8+ years in lifestyle hospitality, private clubs, or creative venues
- Experience in pre-opening and premium guest experience
- Strong leadership and commercial skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
