Our client, a leading international luxury hotel, is seeking Director of Guest Experience to support the General Manager in overseeing both hotel and serviced apartment operations. The role sits between Director of Rooms and Front Office Manager, with strong exposure to an international guest mix.
Our client, a leading international luxury hotel, is seeking Director of Guest Experience to support the General Manager in overseeing both hotel and serviced apartment operations. The role sits between Director of Rooms and Front Office Manager, with strong exposure to an international guest mix.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support Rooms Division operations with focus on service excellence.
- Represent the hotel socially and professionally with international guests.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Residences.
- Partner closely with the GM to drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Solid leadership experience in luxury hotels, ideally in Rooms Division.
- International mindset, confident in engaging with foreign guests.
- Expats with Mandarin skills or Chinese nationals with strong English welcome.
- Strong presence, polished communication, and team leadership ability.
