Our client is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee two clubhouses and a sports complex in Hong Kong. The role combines operations management and facilities oversight, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and excellent member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations across multiple facilities, handling issues proactively.
  • Lead a team of technical staff and contractors.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sports, F&B, membership) to resolve operational matters.
  • Ensure compliance with licenses, building regulations, and safety standards.
  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for management.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or similar.
  • 8+ years in facility or engineering operations, ideally in hospitality, clubhouse, or premium lifestyle properties.
  • Strong operational sense – able to handle day-to-day issues efficiently.
  • Good command of English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
