Our client is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee two clubhouses and a sports complex in Hong Kong. The role combines operations management and facilities oversight, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and excellent member experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations across multiple facilities, handling issues proactively.
- Lead a team of technical staff and contractors.
- Work closely with internal teams (sports, F&B, membership) to resolve operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with licenses, building regulations, and safety standards.
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or similar.
- 8+ years in facility or engineering operations, ideally in hospitality, clubhouse, or premium lifestyle properties.
- Strong operational sense – able to handle day-to-day issues efficiently.
- Good command of English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
