We are seeking a hands-on F&B Director for a vibrant, lifestyle luxury hotel in Singapore with four main F&B outlets. 

The role is focused on:

  • Uplifting service standards across multiple F&B concepts
  • Managing weekly events, live performances, and DJ nights
  • Driving revenue through creative, marketing-led initiatives
  • Working closely with Marketing and owners to ensure VIP and partner relations

Requirements

  • Strong service operations background
  • Experience managing multiple F&B concepts under one property
  • Proven track record in events management and revenue-driving initiatives
  • Ability to work closely with marketing teams and owners
  • Familiar with Singapore market; Mandarin not required

  • Commercially savvy, creative, and hands-on
  • Able to uplift service standards and drive traffic across outlets
  • Experienced in handling VIPs and owner relations
  • Dynamic, flexible, and mature professional
