Our client is a leading global online travel and lifestyle platform, serving millions of users worldwide. To support the continued growth of its high-net-worth membership ecosystem, the company is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive integrated, premium-focused marketing initiatives on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning
  • Develop and execute the annual integrated marketing roadmap for high-net-worth members globally, ensuring strong alignment with brand positioning and overall business objectives.


Premium Experience Design & Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end design and delivery of personalized, high-touch member experiences, enhancing loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value among top-tier members.


Integrated Campaign Management

  • Lead 360° integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution, leveraging KOL partnerships, premium content, and experiential touchpoints to maximize brand impact and member engagement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary owner of key membership initiatives, working closely with member operations, product, branding, finance, design, and PR teams to ensure seamless execution across functions.


Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Establish a robust performance measurement framework to track ROI and program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies and resource allocation.


Team Leadership & Results Delivery

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and accountability to deliver measurable business outcomes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in premium or luxury marketing, experiential marketing, or related fields, ideally with exposure to international brands or global audiences.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, talent development, and driving results against business objectives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, and analytical capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-cultural and global teams.
