To further strengthen their foothold in China, they are looking for an experienced sales professional to join their remote sales team covering the China market.

A renowned luxury hospitality group with strong international presence, known for its excellence in service and strategic expansion in key Asian markets. To further strengthen their foothold in China, they are looking for an experienced sales professional to join their remote sales team covering the China market.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with associations, government bodies, MICE organizers, corporate clients, travel agents, and distributors in China.
- Support the planning and execution of all sales activities for the China market, including handling sales inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, delivering sales presentations, and conducting market research.
- Host site inspections and entertain key decision-makers including government delegates and corporate representatives as needed.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and client demands to formulate effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales – China and Director of Sales – Hong Kong to develop departmental budgets and annual sales goals.
- Perform any additional tasks as required by Senior Management and the Executive Committee.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in luxury hotel sector, with a strong track record in the China market.
- Strong business acumen, high level of professionalism, and result-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and under pressure.
- Fluency in Mandarin (native level) and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.
- Work visa required (if not PRC national).
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Sales Manager – China.
